itsTrack is a field service management (FSM) platform built by INTECION Group Sp. z o.o. It connects dispatch, warehouse logistics, mobile engineers, and management reporting in a single operational graph for organizations that operate mission-critical infrastructure.
Our mission
We build operational software for environments where downtime is not an option. Instead of digitizing paper workflows, itsTrack automates the entire field service lifecycle — from anomaly detection in SCADA pipelines to legally compliant, documented closure of every job.
Why we built it
Classic FSM systems treat field service as a series of isolated tickets. We believe field service is a continuous operational process. That is why itsTrack is built around a live data graph that connects planning, execution, and analytics instead of static forms.
